Turbulence is created in the liquid flow channels, giving very high heat transfer coefficients and resulting in a compact, efficient heat exchanger.
Plate and Frame heat exchangers provide highly efficient thermal performance. Corrugated plates induce extremely turbulent flow, resulting in maximum rates of heat transfer and minimized fouling. Multiple corrugation patterns allow optimization to meet specific thermal and hydraulic requirements.
Plate and Frame heat exchangers are also extremely space-efficient, easy to maintain, and can be inspected and cleaned without removing the plates from the frame.
